Digital decluttering
The illusion of tab control
When the workweek starts with chaos, you naturally reach out to tidy up your browser at the very least. Closing thirty tabs is a small victory too π

Monday often drops so many incoming tasks on us that getting them under control seems impossible. And then the brain finds an elegant way out: if we can't manage the schedule, let's at least manage the desktop. You methodically close old tabs, delete outdated screenshots, and for some reason, you feel a little calmer inside β
β¨ Early in the morning, Mercury and Uranus briefly exchange glances. Uranus often brings a desire to hit refresh and shed dead weight, so that morning urge to toss out old receipts and organize your tabs fits right into the picture. Mid-morning, the Moon moves into Scorpio, adding a dash of resolve: if we are deleting things, let's delete them all.
Mid-afternoon, the Moon meets up with Venus. This unfolds in a boring but productive way: what felt like a valuable archive just yesterday goes straight into the trash without a second thought today. Plus, visual minimalism on the screen really does help you focus on a single current task.
There is no need to blow this brief impulse out of proportion and attempt a massive purge of your entire digital life. If by evening you have at least a couple of free gigabytes on your drive and the pleasant sensation that you are managing at least something, Monday can safely be called a success π Actually, we still aren't going to sort through that endless downloads folder from last year today anyway.
