How do I change my birth date, time or place?
You can edit your birth data in your profile — the chart and forecasts will be recalculated. If you spot a discrepancy in the calculations, write to us and we'll check manually.
Open profileI don't know my exact birth time — what should I do?
When entering your data, check “I don't know the time” — the chart will be built without relying on the exact hour. There's also rectification: recovering your birth time from key life events.

Access usually activates right after the payment is confirmed. Refresh the pricing page and make sure you're signed into the same account. If that doesn't help, write to us on Telegram with the approximate payment time and we'll restore it manually.
