Refund Policy

This Policy explains how SidusVita handles refund requests for one-time digital access packs. It applies together with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
1. Current Billing Model
At this stage, SidusVita sells one-time Plus and Pro packs. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
2. How Refunds Are Reviewed
Refund requests, disputed charges, and billing incidents are reviewed manually through support. We review payment status, technical logs, provisioning state, and other information needed to assess the case correctly.
3. When a Refund May Be Available
A refund may be available, for example, in cases of duplicate charge, obvious pricing error, technical failure that prevented a paid pack from being provisioned correctly, or other situations required by the payment provider rules or applicable law.
4. What May Limit a Refund
When reviewing a request, we may consider whether the pack was successfully provisioned, whether its quotas were already used, whether there are signs of abuse, fraud, or bypassing limits, and any mandatory payment-provider or legal requirements.
5. How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe a charge was incorrect or a pack was not provisioned properly, contact us as soon as possible at sidusvita.app@gmail.com. Please include your account email, payment date, and a short description of the issue.
