These Terms govern your use of SidusVita, including the website, account, astrology calculations, saved history, paid packs, and related features. By using the service, you agree to these rules.

1. For Entertainment and Self-Reflection Only

SidusVita is designed for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight. The service content, including calculations, AI interpretations, compatibility outputs, follow-up, and prompts, is not a factual statement about the future, a guaranteed outcome, or a professional opinion.

You must not use the service as the sole basis for decisions about health, mental wellbeing, safety, relationships, career, money, legal matters, or other significant life circumstances.

2. What SidusVita Is

SidusVita is a digital service for astrology calculations and AI-assisted interpretations. The service may include free scenarios, one-time paid packs, history, follow-up flows, and other features. Exact capabilities, limits, and available model tiers depend on your active access, chosen scenario, and the current product configuration.

3. Age and Account Use

The service is primarily intended for adult users. If you are below the age of majority where you live, use the service only with the consent and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and in your profile. If you sign in with Google, you must use only an account you are lawfully authorized to access.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access in cases of abuse, attempts to bypass limits, automated abuse of the service, hostile requests, fraudulent payments, prohibited content, or other behavior that threatens the service, other users, or the infrastructure.

4. Birth Data and User Input

You are responsible for the data you enter into the service, including birth date, birth time, birth place, synastry inputs, follow-up prompts, and other content. The accuracy of results depends on the accuracy of the source data.

We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, error-free nature, or real-world applicability of any interpretation.

Do not use the service to submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or third-party confidential content without permission.

5. Paid Packs and Billing

SidusVita may offer one-time digital access packs. Unless an offer page or checkout explicitly states otherwise, purchasing a pack is not a recurring subscription. After successful payment, access is activated through the service payment and provisioning flow.

Duration, limits, budget pools, and included features are defined by the offer description and the actual runtime access state of the account. We may show payment processing confirmation before access is fully provisioned, but access is considered granted only after successful server-side processing.

We may reject, cancel, fail to process, or limit an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical failure, suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or inability to provision access correctly. In such cases, a refund, cancellation, or other adjustment may be applied as permitted by the payment and legal framework.

Refund questions are governed by the separate Refund Policy . For the current one-time pack model, refund and dispute requests are reviewed manually through support, subject to the published policy, the payment provider rules, and applicable law.

6. Usage Rules and Limits

You may not resell access to the service, mass-scrape outputs, reverse engineer the product, automate bulk extraction, spoof payment states, or bypass runtime limits. We may apply rate limits, usage caps, and technical safeguards without separate approval.

7. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

SidusVita provides informational and interpretive content. The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychotherapeutic, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for important decisions and should consult an appropriate professional when needed.

If you are in crisis, feel at risk of harming yourself or others, or believe you are facing a medical or psychiatric emergency, do not use the service as emergency support and seek immediate help from emergency services or an in-person professional.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, limit, or remove service features, offers, limits, UI, and internal logic. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, zero delays, compatibility with all devices, or permanent continuity of specific scenarios or models.

9. Intellectual Property

The website, SidusVita brand, interfaces, copy, visual elements, computational pipelines, and service code are owned by the service owner or used lawfully. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service only for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

10. Privacy

Data processing questions are governed by the separate Privacy Policy .

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, user decisions, or consequences arising from use of the service interpretations beyond the functionality actually paid for and provided.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version becomes effective on the publication date shown on this page unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
